Welcome to the October edition of Lincolnshire Life where, as always, we have a wealth of news and features from across the county.
We have an extensive review of this year’s Lincolnshire Day where we are encouraging Yellowbellies to celebrate all that is great and good in the county. Originally October 1st was chosen to commemorate the Lincolnshire Uprising of 1536 but the day is all about getting together and exploring this fabulous county. Many attractions are opening their doors free of charge, including Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle. All across the county events are being organised so take a look inside to see what is happening near you!
