Well summer has finally arrived and we can truly make the best of the county this month! Show season is well underway and we had a splendid time at the Lincolnshire Show and look forward to meeting more readers at the country’s biggest village show – Heckington. Our Down Your Way feature this month takes a look at the show and also the village itself as there is so much to see and do for all the family.
We stay south of the region as we explore Spalding. The heart of the town is home to some superb independent stores, offering a unique shopping experience. The town also boasts many places of historic interest to visit and a fantastic food festival organised by South Holland District Council.
